A Few Lufkin and Nacogdoches Halloween Family Attractions
Halloween is only a few days away, and if you haven't done anything to get your family in the spooky spirit it's still not too late!
Let us know what events we missed, so we can get the info to more folks. That way nobody will miss out on all the fun.

ZooBoo
Ellen Trout ZooCome on out to ZooBoo at Ellen Trout Zoo in Lufkin on October 23 and 24! Get excited for trick-or-treating, fun games, and a costume contest. It's $5 for adults, $2.50 for kids, and free if you have a Zoo membership.

Lufkin Zombie Walk
Downtown LufkinOn Saturday, October 24th, kids and adults are invited to Downtown Lufkin for a scary "Zombie Walk". The event is being put together by the Lufkin Middle School Theater Department and the Family Crisis Center of East Texas. The walk starts at 6 p.m. It’s free, but canned goods will be accepted to benefit the Family Crisis Center. This event even has its own Facebook page, at Lufkin Zombie Walk 2015.

Jaycees Haunted House
Nacogdoches MallThis year, Jaycees Haunted House is being held at the Nacogdoches County Expo, and starts at 7 pm nightly up until Halloween. According to their schedule, they'll be closed between the 25th and 27th. This event never fails to scare the kiddos.

Free Movies in the Park
Festival Plaza in NacogdochesOn October 23rd (Depending on the weather) we'll be showing "Beetlejuice". Then, on October 24th, you'll be able to catch "Ghostbusters" on the big screen at Festival Plaza in Nacogdoches. Each movie will start around 7:30 pm, and will be in a cool and comfortable climate.
Note: Movies will be pushed to the 30th and 31st if there is even a 50% chance of rain on the originally scheduled dates.
