I have to say, after just replacing a damaged cell phone and dealing with several automation services to get a new one, I love actually being able to talk to a real human being when I have a problem, but it looks like that may become more difficult in the very near future.

It's like something out of the latest Sci-Fi film.  An airport in Paris has started using holographs in place of signs to assist people in getting to their destination.  My only concern is that this will catch on, and you'll find less and less human beings when you really to speak to someone.  If I ever miss a plane in France and need to get on a different plane to get home, I feel like I might find myself saying, "Help me Obi Wan Kanobi.  You're my only hope."
