When you hear Classic Rock Q107 play "Let it Ride", "Roll on Down The Highway", "You Ain't Seen Nothin' Yet", "Takin' Care of Business", or "Hey You", I see you grabbing your air guitar as you rock back to a time when you knew all the words to the song.

Tim Bachman and his guitar, founded B.T.O. with his brothers, Randy and Robbie, and another guy by the name of Fred Turner.  He separated from the group in '73 following the release of "Bachman-Turner Overdrive II", then reunited with the cast in the middle 80s.  Today, Tim is a real estate agent (what?), and a potential soon-to-be felon.

On trial in British Columbia, Canada, Bachman is accused of sexual assault, where it has been reported by Canadian newspapers that the crimes against the minor child at the time, allegedly occurred during a four year time span, when Bachman was given custodial care.

I was at this concert.  Seat 23, Row "Q", as in Classic Rock "Q"107:
