It looks like the news you've all been waiting for may well be announced next week. Ozzy, Tony Iommi, Geezer Butler and Bill Ward will hold a press conference on November 11 at 11:11 a.m. PT at Los Angeles' famed Whisky A Go-Go club to "make a special announcement."

The event will take place 41 years to the day that Sabbath played their first-ever L.A. gig, at the very same venue.  Punk veteran Henry Rollins will host the proceedings.

The rumor, of course, is that the announcement will be that Black Sabbath is reuniting.  While those rumors have circulated for months, Iommi himself recently revealed that the band members have been jamming and working on new material together.  In an exclusive interview Thursday with ABC News Radio, Iommi revealed he was heading to L.A. on Friday to get "back to [writing] music."  In addition, Black Sabbath's official website has been updated to include a graphic that reads "11-11-11."

In case you missed it, Tony Iommi was live in the studio with our night man, Eddie Webb on Halloween.
