Forest Country Job Fair Was Huge Success, How DO You Prepare For an Interview?
If you went to the Forest County Job Fair on May 22, you know that the building was packed with enthusiastic job seekers ready to "trend" their way into the rank and file position, better known as employee. Now the hard part comes, the dreaded interview process! Make darn sure you can describe your "strengths" and "weaknesses" when asked (just put some positive spin on the "weakness"). Also, the highly inflammatory molotov cocktail question should be well thought out before arrival day - where do you see yourself in ten years? - should not be answered by saying "...in your job".

Lon Morris College in Jacksonville Fires Faculty, Shuts its Doors for the Summer
According to their website, Lon Morris College is located "mid the pine hills of East Texas" in Jacksonville, 30 miles south of Tyler, and this time of year, students at the private Junior College, would be enjoying summer vacation before class schedules began August 23.
But wait, something did happen that probably should not have happened, and sadly, a collage of college students find themselves learning one of lives toughest lessons, one in which no one signed up for the course; and rumor has it that all but 11 employees remain to bury the bones on a campus that celebrated its 100th commencement last year.
