A "Jimi Hendrix" biopic?  Really?  I mean, when? Initially being call All By My Side, the project has been as dead as Hendrix for some time now because  'the estate' forbids original JIMI music or copywrite protected material, unless the legacy participants are involved with the film from adolescence to adulthood.

A live concert film from one of the least documented and most difficult times in Ozzy Osbourne‘s career, 1982′s ‘Speak of the Devil,’ will be released on DVD July 17 from Eagle Rock Entertainment.

Today is Star Wars day!  Kid you not.  Hard to believe it's been 35 years since Princess Leia, C3PO, Obi-Wan Kenobi, and Darth Vader graced the drive-in.  Yes, I actually did watch this movie with Penny Parnalavarious sitting shotgun, and not once did we steam up the car windows.

A restored and remastered edition of the animated Beatles film ‘Yellow Submarine’ will be making the rounds at movie houses around the country prior to its June 5 release on DVD and Blu-Ray. Beginning May 5, ‘Yellow Submarine’ will make its way across the country for brief, limited engagements.

In the 1989 Patrick Swayze/Ben Gazzara movie "Road House", there is a scene in which Swayze's character Dalton, fires the bartender  --  telling him to  --  take the train. An exceptional idea!  With summer vacation looming, why not take the train to your next destination.  Heck, don't even wait until summer.  De-stress with a weekend get-a-away!
