As you all know, my San Antonio Spurs did not make it to the national title game this year. It's ok, though, there's always next year. However, now that we're down to two teams, I want to know who you think will pull it off and win it all this year.

Fish apparently like chicken. One Texas couple had a chicken McNugget to spare, so they used it as bait and hauled in a record-breaking catch.  This might give you some ideas for next year's Big Bass Bash at Lake Palestine.

As you know, we are right in the middle of March Madness. Stephen F. Austin did not make it to the big dance this year. However, former head coach Brad Underwood's OSU team did make it. They lost by one point to Michigan in the first round, but they did make it into the tournament. Now, Coach Underwood is on the move again.

Spring is right around the corner, and that means that it's time for outdoor activities...like golf!

The SFA Lumberjacks have four straight Southland Conference titles, three straight NCAA Tournament appearances, and two appearances into the 3rd round of that same tournament.  Those kinds of numbers have gotten Nacogdoches noticed on a national scale.

Even though the books are long done, the one thing that still remains is Quidditch. Even here in Nacogdches, Bring your kids to play this "Muggle" game they have now named "Kidditch"

As you may know, I'm a huge fan of basketball. Basketball is the one sport that I can sit down and watch, regardless of who's playing. Around this time - playoffs - every year, I get more excited, as the best teams start dominating, and the less impressive teams are weeded out.
