Eddie Van Halen Has Emergency Surgery [VIDEO]

According to Daryl Hall of Hall & Oates, Eddie Van Halen said he copied the synth part from “Kiss on My List”, and used it in 1984′s “Jump”.

In 1981, he married “One Day at a Time” star Valerie Bertinelli, making Van Halen more popular as a celebrity than a musician.

Van Halen underwent hip replacement in 1999, and did a stint in rehab in 2007.
