The Jimi Hendrix Experience Tour Is Coming Back, and Aerosmith's Brad Whitford is one of the many esteemed artists on board. Check out the rest here.

And yes, there are Texas shows!

Besides Whitford, The Doors' Robby Krieger will be part of a revolving lineup of stars performing Hendrix' tunes. The tour kicks off March 6 in Baltimore and wraps up March 24 in Austin.

Billy Cox will be part of the lineup too - he played bass in both the Jimi Hendrix Experience and Hendrix's Band of Gypsys. Others on board include blues great Buddy Guy, Double Trouble drummer Chris Layton, Dweezil Zappa, Living Colour, Kenny Wayne Shepherd and Los Lobos' David Hidalgo & Cesar Rosas. All of those guys are not part of EVERY tour stop, but if you check out the shows you're bound to see some legends.
