See Works From Kurt Cobain Seattle Art Exhibit, Plus News on Sublime, Biffy Clyro + More

– The Seattle Art Fair is hosting an exhibit featuring original pieces of artwork by late Nirvana frontman Kurt Cobain. The exhibit runs Aug. 3-6 at the UTA Artist Space booth and includes two never-before-shown paintings. See some of the art pieces via Rolling Stone.

Sublime have chosen two-time Oscar winning director Bill Guttentag to helm the upcoming documentary detailing their rise to fame and tragic loss of singer Bradley Nowell. The film is expected to hit theaters in late 2018.

Biffy Clyro have just added a September North American swing to their touring in support of the Ellipses album. See the newly added dates here and check back tomorrow at 10AM in each market to purchase tickets for the run.

– Sibling drum legends Carmine and Vinny Appice are teaming up for a new album under the Appice moniker, and they’ve now released details for the set. Their disc, titled Sinister, is due Oct. 27 via SPV/Steamhammer. You can pre-order the disc here.

– Veteran rockers Autograph are on their way back with new music. The group’s new album, Get Off Your Ass, is due Oct. 6 and will be released as part of their new deal with the EMP Label Group.

Internal Bleeding have announced that Kyle Eddy has become an official member of the band, taking over on drums after the death earlier this year of drummer and FDNY firefighter Bill Tolley.
