31-year old Charity Johnson was arrested in Longview back in May for posing as a sophomore at New Life Christian School, and in a plea agreement this week learned how she'll be punished.

The story made national news when she was arrested, and it's making the rounds again now that the judge has handed down the sentence.

Johnson (also referred to as Charity Stevens) was arrested May 13th, and not even her friends or adoptive family knew she was sixteen years older than she said she was.  The women’s shelter even opened its doors to Stevens, and that group didn’t know her true age either.

The Huffington Post ran the story this week outlining the sentence, and said Johnson will go to jail for almost three months.  The jail sentence is for 85 days, and Johnson gets credit for the month served in the Gregg County Jail since her arrest.
