New Kiss Album Coming

Rehearsals have begun for a new album from Kiss!  The new album is expected to be released before the end of 2011.  In recent radio interviews, Gene Simmons calls the new album "the next step" to the Sonic Boom album that came out in 2009.  He says the album will be the Kiss that we love..."straight rock songs, no ballads, no keyboards, no nothing, just rock."

Simmons says they've written twenty or twenty-five songs for the new record and just have to record them and then decide which ones make the final cut.

Sweet!  In the meantime, we'll look forward to more soda commercials to tide us over.
