Frampton Comes Alive, Peter Frampton''s landmark 1976 album, turns 35 this year.  To celebrate, Frampton is touring North America starting June 15th and will play the album in its entirety at every stop, including his four stops right here in Texas!

He'll be stopping in Texas in October at the following venues:

10.14.11 - House of Blues - Dallas

10.16.11 - House of Blues - Houston

10.18.11 - Austin City Limits Live - Mood, Austin

10.19.11 - Majestic Theatre - San Antonio

Frampton tells Billboard.com that while the music will remind audiences of yesteryear, his appearance won't -- he's not planning to duplicate his long curly hairstyle of that era by wearing a wig.  Frampton also says he's looking forward to busting out some of the album's lesser-known tunes, since he hasn't performed them in so long.  "The last time we played all these numbers together was in '76...to do the whole thing, it's pretty exciting, actually," says Frampton.  "I know the audience will love it."

The Frampton Comes Alive tour starts on June 15th with a show in Red Bank, New Jersey and will end on October 22nd in Nashville, Tennessee.  All the dates and ticket information can be found at Frampton's website.
