Rick Rubin Is Curating a ‘Star Wars’ EDM Tribute, Listen to the Flying Lotus Song + More Now

Grammy-winning producer and Beastie Boys mentor Rick Rubin has turned to the dark side – or the light, depending on how you feel about EDM and/or capitalism.

Rubin is curating and executive producing a new compilation that pairs dance music artists with sound effects and dialogue straight from the blockbusting Star Wars franchise.

Star Wars Headspace will feature contributions from the likes of Baauer, Röyksopp, Flying Lotus and even Star Wars: The Force Awakens director J.J. Abrams (under the pseudonym Shag Kava). Check out the entire track list:
