Rock Stars Help Japan
No doubt, benefits are in the works to help Japan as the country recovers from the earthquake and tsunami. One band already chipping in is...Blink 182.
Frontman Mark Hoppus is selling memorabilia on eBay to raise money for victims. The items being auctioned off include a Blink-182 backstage tour pass, the orange shirt he wore in the band's video for "Dammit," and original lyric sheets for their song "The Rock Show," the latter of which had a top bid of over 20 thousand dollars as of Monday evening. All proceeds will benefit the Red Cross.
