Santa Claus is Coming to Town, for Pancakes of Course
Have always wanted to dine with the jolly old man in the red suit that keeps reindeer for pets, but all my correspondence has been turned down for one reason or another.
Not going to happen this upcoming Saturday, December 8. Nope! I’ll be attending the annual “Santa Claus Express Pancake Breakfast” at Coston Elementary School in Lufkin.
The social gathering squares off between 8 and 10 a.m., and will be hosted by the the Texas Forestry Museum.
Everyone will have a chance to visit with Santa as he makes his rounds, and the little ones are sure to have plenty of fun.
Tix for breakfast are six bucks, with current Kid’s Club Members eating for four dollars, and must be purchased by this Friday, December 7. NO tickets will be sold at the door.
Need more info on Santa’s weight and his ability to enter your chimney, or perhaps, what kind of snick-snacks to say thank you for making the journey, then call 632-9535.
