Sebastian Bach plans to do something more personal as part of an upcoming U.S. tour this spring.

"We have been touring a lot in the last few years, so it's time to do something different," the former Skid Row singer says in a press release announcing the new shows. "You're going to get two sets for the price of one. We're going to open up the show with some stripped-down tunes, reset the stage and then come back with the big guns."

The new tour, called An Evening With Sebastian Bach, begins on April 27 in Jacksonville, Fla., and continues into June with a final stop in Salt Lake City. Tickets go on sale Friday at 10AM. VIP packages are available on Bach's website. You can see the complete list of dates and cities below.

Later in June, Bach will release 18 and Life on Skid Row, a memoir filled to the brim with personal content. "There are easy ways to do memoirs, simple ways to do biographies," he says. "What separates these books is the archival content. 18 and Life on Skid Row could also be called the Skid Row Archives. I am giving you my personal collection, photos and documents none of you have ever seen. A lot of them." A book tour will follow the June 18 publication date.
