Sept. 2 will see the arrival of the The Commandments According to SCAC, the newest album from Denver alt-country band Slim Cessna's Auto Club. It's their first record since 2011's Unentitled and the first new collection to be released on their own label, SCACUNINCORPORATED.

Along with the news of the record comes the above video for "Commandment 7," which exclaim.ca says was directed by band member Lord Dwight Pentacost and features Cessna and Jay "Munly Munly" Munly playing with a giant dollhouse. Back in May, they debuted a video for "Commandment 4." The album is available for pre-order on CD and LP over at their web store, with those purchasing it prior to the street date receiving a commemorative patch that features a moth with death's head, an image that is a key to the lyrics of "Commandment 1."

The group also announced a three-week tour that will begin in Omaha, Neb., on Nov. 17 and wind up in Austin, Texas on Dec. 10. You can see all the dates below.

Slim Cessna's Auto Club has been around since the mid-'90s, with Cessna as the only constant member. He and his band mates spend time with other projects, including DBUK and Munly & the Lupercalians.
