Steven Tyler to Judge Hair Contest

No celebrity since Jennifer Aniston has had more influence over hair than Steven Tyler, according to the group Great Lengths USA. So who better to judge a hair extensions contest than Steven Tyler! Why not.

The Great Lengths Hair Extensions company is sponsoring the second annual Great Lengths USA Challenge as it seeks stylists who can create the most beautiful hairstyles while using the company's extensions. One grand prize winner will receive $10,000.

Wanna show your stuff? Entries will be accepted until November 30 at GreatLengthsChallenge.com. The next day, Tyler and the other judges will begin the process of choosing nine semi-finalists, which will be announced on December 14. Then the public votes for three finalists through the end of January, and the top ones will be revealed on February 10.

The finalists will get to attend the 2012 Behind the Chair Stylist Choice Awards, taking place March 4 in Chicago and the grand prize winner will be named there.

Just looking at Steven's picture, can you picture him having any other hairstyle? A short buzz cut? We think not. Steven has some good locks, and knows how hair can work into a rock star image. He's turning into quite the judge on all things celebrity.
