Back in March, Blue Bell issued a recall on some products because a food-borne illness was making people sick, and even led to three deaths.  That story is HERE.

And now, the Houston Astros say they won't sell Blue Bell at the ball park.

Stores like Kroger and Walmart are working on getting other Blue Bell products back on the shelves to replace the recalled ones.  If you've got one of the recalled products manufactured in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma or Brenham, Texas, you can take it back to the store for a full refund.  The code on the bottom of the carton ends in the letters S, P, O, Q, R or T.

The Houston Astros said they won't serve Blue Bell on Opening Day today. Before the game tonight against the Indians, the Astros are hosting an Opening Day Street Fest and a pep rally.  The game is at 6:10pm.

As for the Blue Bell recall, many of the products just came off store shelves over the weekend and it may take awhile to get them back.  The Oklahoma plant temporarily closed as a precaution.
