How do you get Jersey Shore’s Snooki out of your head?

You ask The Boss to come and play a show…that will wipe it right out!  Students at Rutgers University have started a Facebook movement begging Bruce Springsteen to come and play a show on campus, to erase the memory of a speaking engagement by Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi.

The university was hit with negative press when it was revealed that Snooki got $32,000 to speak at the university, while Pulitzer Prize winner Toni Morrison is only being paid $30,000 to speak at the commencement ceremony in May.  Students want to get the Boss to play to help clean up Rutgers’ image in the media.
So far, Bruce’s people haven’t responded to the movement.
