Teachers are finding new ways to impact students through masks and on screens this year, and it means putting in longer hours than ever. Teachers, are you worn out?
But don't just list these on your resume if they're not true for you. Work on growing in these areas. If they are true for you, be prepared to discuss.
Begin asking yourself a few questions. Keep a journal and give yourself time to learn more about yourself and how different things inspire you--or not.
If we're inside an office all day, odds are that we're going to be safe and not have to worry too much about getting injured (or worse). But some of our neighbors in Texas are risking their lives by going to work at dangerous jobs every day, and it's not just the just the obvious ones that pose the biggest risks.
First of all, thank you for listening at work. You know I love you and consider you to be a fantastic co-worker and it's with your well-being in mind that I say what I'm about to say. If your job requires you to sit, it could kill you. This is a lil scary!
Farming used to have a male-oriented stigma attached to it. I grew up on a farm in rural Nebraska where my dad and grandpa raised corn, wheat, milo, cows, pigs, and chickens. And there were many male farmers in that section of the world that did the same thing. Sometimes women helped around the farm, but never did they run a farm of their own, in my experience. Now that's changing.
