Texans QB Loses Part of Ear Lobe [VIDEO]

Texans QB Matt Schaub was hit so hard Sunday it knocked his helmet off, and with that came part of his ear. Ouch! It turned out to be an illegal hit (darn Bronco!), and Schaub lost part of his ear lobe.

Schaub did return to the game, but that had to hurt putting the helmet back on. The good news if you’re a Texans fan, they beat the Broncos 31-25 and Schaub threw for 4 touchdowns.

I remember my grandpa’s ear lobes growing longer with age, so maybe there’s hope for Matt’s lobe sort of regenerating down the road. But for now, ouch!
