These College Bowl Games Are Must-See

It's the most wonderful time of the year...if you love football.

Are you watching the college bowl games?  These are the ones that USA Today says we can't miss.

I'm from Nebraska originally, and that is a state that rivals Texas when it comes to football fan bases and passion for the game.  When Nebraska is playing football, the stores empty out and the roads clear up because everyone is at home watching the game.  Nebraska and USC play Saturday night on ESPN in the Holiday Bowl, and USA Today says that's one game not to miss this bowl season.

Texas plays Arkansas Monday in the Texas Bowl, and that's another one on the must-see list.  That's a big rivalry from the Southwest Conference days, and it will be a fun one to watch.  Okay cool.  Flannel pants on, beverage in hand, and a big bowl of chips and dip nearby on Monday night for that one.

TCU plays New Year's Eve against Ole Miss in the Chick-fil-a Peach Bowl.  Love that name!  Chicken and peaches are a good combo.  Remember when the Baylor Bears used to be bad?  Well they're not anymore.  They're super awesome.  Baylor plays New Year's Day in the Cotton Bowl against Michigan State.  Go Bears.

The point is, if you flip on the TV anytime over the next several days, your odds of finding a great football game are good.  Oh, and then there's the Cowboys game on Sunday.  That honey do list can wait!
