Vince Neil of Motley Crue is expected to plead guilty to DUI charges at his court appearance January 26th.

According to KTNV.com, he'll have to serve 15 days in jail, followed by 15 days of house arrest.  In a statement, Vince said, “I have recognized that you can't drink and drive at all. I take full responsibility for my actions and will learn from this experience.” Neil is expected to surrender on February 15th to begin his sentence.

He was pulled over last June in Las Vegas, and had a blood alcohol level almost three times the legal limit.
