We’re Two Days Into Spring and it’s Hot Again – What To Expect

It's finally here! Yesterday marked the first day of Spring 2017. Now, on day #2, it's 86 degrees outside. What's next?

Everyone always makes fun of our weather here in east Texas. You know, it could be 80 degrees the day before Christmas, followed by snow on Easter Day.

But, what do you think? Will Spring 2017 be random like this past winter was, or will it be rather predictable?

As of today, it's looking like we might be in for a rather warm Spring season, which means we could very well be having a hot, HOT Summer. Or, perhaps since the Spring is looking to be really warm, Summer could be rather mild.

What I'm getting at here is that I have absolutely NO idea what our weather is going to do. We only had a handful of days this Winter drop to or below the freezing mark. Granted, a couple of those days were absolutely frigid. But, there were only a few, so they were very manageable this year.

Some people say that when you have a "weak" Winter, you're in for a savage Summer. If that's true, then we may need to brace ourselves now, considering that Summer is right around the corner.

But, what do I know? I'm no meteorologist. I'm just the DJ.
