It isn’t terribly likely that Wet Hot American Summer will gather its all-star cast for an additional Netflix season beyond the Ten Years Later sequel, so stars and producers David Wain, Michael Showalter and Michael Ian Black will need something else to do. Enter TBS, who booked the trio on a Moon Cruise for their latest parody series.

Per The Hollywood Reporter, Wet Hot American Summer’s Showalter, Wain and Jonathan Stern will produce the new single-camera comedy, described solely as “The Love Boat but set in space.” Wet Hot star and frequent Wain collaborator Michael Ian Black will also star in the series, having created the concept and signed on as executive producer.

For his part, Showalter is currently working with TBS as a creator and producer on Alia Shawkat’s Search Party, which itself was recently renewed for a second season. In the meantime, Netflix’s Wet Hot American Summer: Ten Years Later has yet to set a formal premiere for 2017.

We’ll stay tuned for the latest on Moon Cruise, but should we expect the same kind of all-star cast?
