Adult Lego Sets Mix Nostalgia With Modern Sophistication
Growing up, I loved putting together Lego sets. I don't know how many I had; I just know that it was a bunch. Heck, I still enjoy putting together Lego sets. Call me a kid-at-heart, but some things never change.
But what I've noticed is that as I've grown up, so have the Lego sets. Yes, there are still the sets focused more on kids, but there are also tons of sets that cater to the adults! I really saw this a few months ago when I was shopping in Nacogdoches for a gift for my wife. Now, before you ask about me shopping in the toy aisle, you should know that these were actually on a display in a completely different area of the store, so there!
Grown-Up Lego Sets
I don't know if you have heard of the Lego Botanical Collection, but it's a thing. They are different sets of bouquets, succulents, etc. that you assemble to make huge - everlasting - flower arrangements. That's right fellas, they're the flowers that never die!

But the flowers aren't the only grown-up sets that Lego has released. There are all kinds of others that can be bought - Star Wars collectible items, guitars with amps, radios, model cars, and so many more! Lego has truly continued catering to the ones that started building as kids.
The Only Drawback...
I will say that I don't know how much Legos cost as a kid. What I do know is that the grown-up sets aren't cheap. But, if you can get these things that last forever, maybe the price tag is worth it, right?
