Controversial Second Grade Class Photo Goes Viral

One part of this photo is causing a stir in the media, while getting people on both sides of the fence riled up.  You'll be quick to pass judgement once you see the entire picture, and that still may not tell the entire story.  Click here, then come back to me.

Because the cafeteria benches likely protrude from the wall (looks like the exact same benches from the school I attended during my second grade years), the only four solutions would have been to:

(1) have thought this out before the shutterbug snapped, then...

(2) moving one of the nine children from the first row to the third row...

(3) putting the child in question in the first row, but not necessarily in the middle, or...

(4) sliding the entire group of kids to the right.

In any case, you must feel for the child and his family, because in the event this act was non-intentional, and from all indications it appears that way, it just should not have happened in the first place.
