Five Finger Death Punch frontman Ivan Moody has come forth and cleared the air on his comments regarding Slipknot/Stone Sour frontman Corey Taylor.

"Corey and me have a really fun nature of competitive, y'know, whatever," he said in a recent interview with iHeartRadio's Bodhi. "And I just think it's funny - I have kids that come up to me all the time saying, 'You and Corey. You and Corey this, Corey, Corey, Corey.' And I'm like, 'I get it! I get it!' It's like, 'Jesus, Corey, take a break. Gimmie some love man.'"

It was apparent that Moody was both playful and serious when he made the comments. In a new Instagram video, the Five Finger frontman cleared the air, saying, "I made a quick fuckin joke in a small interview and that's really all it was. Corey and I go way back and, to tell you the truth, we both respect the shit out of each other. So, that's going nowhere. Squashed; it's done; it's over."

Also in the same interview, Moody claimed to have seen Twenty One Pilots perform live "a couple weeks" ago, although TOP have yet to play a show in 2018. Moody commented on that in his video clip as well, saying, "The Twenty One Pilots thing I take responsibility for. I was talking about Imagine Dragons, I wasn't thinking when my words came flying out of my mouth. I haven't seen Twenty One Pilots in over a year, I was just saying how that were one of my favorite concerts. So, that's on me; full responsibility."
