Are we only a month away from the end of the world?

I was watching "Ghostbusters 2" for the millionth time, and within the first 15 minutes of the movie, a crackpot side character, played by Chloe Webb, predicts that the end of the world is on February 14th, 2016!

Watch the clip for yourself and reassure yourself there is nothing to worry about.

It's just another fun date we get to wave on by as movies of the past continue to wrongfully predict how the world will be ... "Back To The Future" did eerily predict a couple of things, but I'm not going to be impressed until we have flying cars.

Shoot! Now that I think of it, The 1987 Arnold Schwarzenegger movie, "The Running Man," takes place sometime in 2017, so I'm looking forward to seeing that all go down too.

Here's hoping "Ghostbusters 2" is wrong ... At least so we have time to catch the "Ghostbusters" remake coming out later in 2016.

Share this with some of your movie buff friends, and let us know what other 80's movie predictions we're rolling up on.

Bonus video! Sorry if you missed our screening of "Ghostbusters" last year at Free Movies In The Park, but you can always catch us playing around on our YouTube channel any time you want!
