Here We Go Again…What The Heck Are These, East Texas…?

Last week, it was an unidentified bird that I came across...this week, it's some sort of bug. I don't know if it's my apartment complex that is attracting strange wildlife, or what, but all I know is that this is the second time in a week that I've come across some form of wildlife in Nacogdoches that I wasn't sure about...If you don't remember the bird from last week, you can click on the link below to review.

This morning, as I walked out to my truck, this is what I saw:

There were several of these things on my truck. My first thought was that they looked like termites...but, as I got closer, I decided that these weren't termites...here's a bit closer look...

And, one more, just for good measure...here's the closest shot that I got of the strange bugs...

Maybe these are super common...I don't know. What I do know is that I'm completely unsure of what they are. I haven't seen these before.

What about you guys? Have any of you seen these before? Or, have you seen any bugs that might be similar to the ones in the pictures below? Feel free to drop any thoughts and/or ideas in the comment section below! We're legitimately curious, and hoping that East Texas can come through for us again!
