The Miami Dolphins organization made waves earlier this week whenever they announced that Hard Rock Stadium would be used as a drive-in movie theater. If you don't remember that, you can click the link below:

Now, I realize that we don't have a professional-sized stadium to use as a drive-in theater here in Deep East Texas...but, we do have a state university with an outdoor football stadium...

Do you see where I'm going with this...?

Yes, I'm wondering if Homer Bryce Stadium, where the SFA Lumberjacks play football each season could be - temporarily - used as a drive-in theater, right here in Nacogdoches. You may remember that they have shown movies there before. Last year, we actually made our way out there to see Remember the Titans one evening. This is what we saw:

This was just a walk-in event. But, imagine doing this again, only with a drive-in concept. Just think it through a bit:
