Looking for a place to add to your Texas restaurant bucket list? This one’s for you.

I’m always looking for a new restaurant to try. My bucket list keeps getting longer by the day. I realize there’s like a .01% chance that I’ll try all of them, but it doesn’t hurt to dream.

My wife and I are both constantly on the lookout for a new eatery to check out while we’re road tripping. So, I was intrigued when I came across MSN’s list of the bucket list fast food spots in each state.

READ NEXT: This Dallas Joint Serves the Best Fried Chicken in Texas

It’s been several years since we’ve visited San Antonio. After taking a look at Burger Boy’s Instagram page, I believe it’s high time we visit the city.

I absolutely love old-school burger joints. Just give me no-frills burgers, fries, and sodas (or shakes) and I’m set. And that’s what’s up with Burger Boy, according to MSN:

There’s nothing particularly innovative going on here – just thick and juicy burgers cooked to perfection, with classic garnishes and sauces – and that’s exactly why local enthusiasts love it so much. The concise menu also features grilled cheese, corn dogs and fantastic chicken sandwiches, and the old-school shakes shouldn’t be missed, either.

Burger Boy has 9 locations in the San Antonio area (with another coming soon), so you won’t have to travel far to find one the next time you’re in that neck of the woods.
