17 Texas Cities Named The Best To Live In The U.S.
Every year we see multiple lists come out about the best places to live in the United States. One of the common themes of those lists is Texas tends to have multiple cities inside those lists, and most of them for good reason.
There's always disagreements as to whether a city belongs on the list, and usually shock at how high some of those cities end up ranking. The important thing to remember about these rankings though is that there are always several different factors.
Well, we now have a list for the best places to live in the U.S. thanks to Niche, and Texas was on full display in this list. When I first gave it a quick glance, I noticed Texas dominated the list.
I mentioned the rankings are always based on several factors, and for this list, the factors were public schools, housing, good for families, jobs, cost of living, outdoor activities, crime & safety, night life, diversity, weather, health & fitness, and commute.
Some of the places were a little surprising, but I wouldn't say any of them completely shocked me. So, let's dive into the best places in Texas, starting with the lower-ranked cities and working our way to the top. We'll be looking at the top 100 cities in the U.S.
Within each city listed, we will show you two things each city ranked highly in, and two things that received the lowest grades.
