‘Kool And The Gang’ Performing On The Fourth of July [VIDEO]

While they may be considered anything classic, with the exception of classic rock, nothing says Independence Day more than -- Kool and the Gang?

I'm laughing as I write, because back in the day, I paid top $$ for a "KATG" concert ticket.  Now their performing on PBS with the National Symphony Orchestra?  That's like the Dallas "Southfork Ranch" with an outhouse!  But, if  "Kool" plays "Too Hot" (pardon the pun), it won't become a total loss.

There will be no "Kool and the Gang" here in East Texas on the 4th, but you can catch Dan Patrick from our sister station KFOX 95.5 broadcasting LIVE from Ellen Trout Zoo tomorrow afternoon (July 4) beginning at 1 P.M.
