The former Seattle home of Kurt Cobain and Courtney Love has been put up for sale by its most recent owners for $7.5 million.

The Ewing & Clark real estate listing describes the property as "a perfectly maintained home of extraordinary presence situated upon a beautiful, park-like lot in the heart of Denny Blaine. Built in 1902, it features a shingled exterior distinguished by expressive windows, stone accents & Queen Anne styling, completely updated throughout."

You can see exterior shots of the home below. While interior shots are not being made available, the listing notes that the house contains four bedrooms, four bathrooms and a wine cellar.

The Nirvana and Hole stars lived in the house only briefly, after purchasing it early in 1994. In April of that same year, Cobain died by suicide inside the residence's greenhouse. Love had the greenhouse demolished before selling the home in 1997.

Nirvana's MTV Unplugged in New York, originally released later in 1994, is set for a 25th-anniversary vinyl reissue. This will mark the live project's first pressing as a double LP. Due on Nov. 1, the reissue includes rehearsal performances that were previously only available on a DVD edition.

The five extra tracks – all recorded before Cobain and company took the stage – are "Come as You Are," "Polly," "Plateau, "Pennyroyal Tea" and "The Man Who Sold the World." The entire MTV Unplugged in New York reissue will also be available on streaming services.
