Nobody wants to have to use self-defense. Especially in the case of a violent attack. However, sometimes people have to defend themselves. But something that is often overlooked is what to do after defending yourself. Well, there's a course coming to Nacogdoches that addresses that - and it's free.
USCCA Self-Defense Aftermath Workshop Coming to Nacogdoches
On Friday, September 18th, the US Concealed Carry Association will be putting on a free self-defense aftermath workshop. This workshop will be held at Meadow Ridge Outdoors, located at 1090 County Road 231 in Nacogdoches. It all kicks off at 3:00 PM and goes until 5:00 PM.

According to a post about the event from the USCCA - South Central Region Facebook page, they will be covering several topics, including what to say to 911 when you call and what to say and do when the police arrive on the scene.
They will also be covering what to expect when the police arrive, what to say to them to aid in their investigation once on the scene, and several other topics. There will also be an opportunity for a live Q & A time with one of the USCCA-certified instructors.
