Spirit Halloween Is Returning To Nacogdoches This Year

Less than three weeks ago I posted an article about how there were no Spirit Halloween stores in Deep East Texas listed on the Spirit Halloween website. However, that very same website has been updated, and there is one - yes, just one - location that has been added in the Deep East Texas area.

Now, if you go to the Find Stores page on Spirit Halloween website, there is a Nacogdoches location listed as "Coming Soon". It will once again be in the Northview Plaza shopping center, but it looks like it will be in a different spot than before.

Previously, the Halloween store has been in the former Party 'N Things space. If you look on Google Maps, you can even see the Spirit Halloween sign on there in August 2023. But according to the Find Stores page that I mentioned earlier, they have Spirit Halloween listed as going into the former Sears Home Store site, which was next door to the movie theater.

Not that this is a huge deal - I mean, I'm not one of those guys that go all out for Halloween - but it does make me wonder why they changed the location. I would have thought that a former party store would continue to be the ideal spot every year.

So, for all you people that were upset about finding a Halloween store to buy costumes and decorations at, you can breathe a little easier. It appears that Deep East Texas will have a Spirit Halloween location after all. And, instead of having to drive to Tyler, you can just go to Nacogdoches.
