Number One Way to Spend Time Online IS…
How do you pass the time online? Is it checking your email? Checking the weather? Facebook?
It's no big surprise what the number one answer is, according to a new Neilsen survey.During May of this year, Americans spent 53 billion total minutes on Facebook. No word on how many of those minutes were Pokes.
Blogger, Tumblr, Twitter, and Linkedin also ranked high.
You know what group is driving growth in social media? Those over 55. I think those crowds use fewer "LOLs" and take the time to spell out numbers like 4.
The Neilsen survey also shows social networks and blogs are the top online destination in each of the top ten global markets.
