Renovations In Downtown Nacogdoches – What’s Going Here?

I know that I do posts with questions of what's coming and/or going in Nacogdoches fairly often. It's just because I'm that kind of curious person. So, with that being said, today is going to be no different.

I was driving down University Drive the other day and I passed a building that was obviously going through some renovations. It's on the corner of University Drive and Main Street, just down from the new Vapor Shop location.

This is the building I'm referring to:

Sometimes, I'm in the know about what's going to be built in Nacogdoches, or what's going to be leaving Nacogdoches. This time, I haven't heard anything about what's going into this particular location.

It seems like it would make a fairly nice office or small business location, once it's completed. Also, it might be just the right size for ANOTHER donut shop, if someone wanted to jump onto that idea. It might even make for a decent, small restaurant for the right person that wanted to start one up. Any of these seem like they could be valid ideas for additions to Nacogdoches.
