Caldwell Zoo

The Texas horned lizard population is growing again thanks to Caldwell Zoo. Hatchlings raised in Tyler will soon be released into protected Texas habitats.

She is only a month and a half old but with the strength of an adult. Meet the newest giraffe born at Tyler's Caldwell Zoo who has an amazing story of recovery.

The zoo in Lufkin just added a rare baby animal.  And in Tyler, a big expansion is making progress and should be finished this spring. Our zoos in East Texas may not be the biggest in Texas, but they're unique, interesting, and they keep on growing.
