The Texas Department of Transportation is advising motorists of delays on Highway 59 between Lufkin and Nacogdoches because of an overturned 18-wheeler.
Late this morning (1/4/17), TxDOT officials reported that a tractor-trailer rig had its oversized load shift while in transit on Highway 59 North between Lufkin and Nacogdoches.
