Castillo, who goes by “povwolfy” on social media, claims he's just trying to help the homeless "stay safe" by passing out the free booze and machetes.

If you see a scarf hanging on a tree outside around Lufkin, or even inside the mall on one of those Christmas trees, it's no accident. There's meaning behind the scarves left lying around town, and those who find them "fitting" can keep them.

Remember the slogan "There's gold in them thar hills!"  Always thought it was nothing more than just that - a slogan.  Much like shouting "Four" when you are about to strike a golf ball.  Not only do I know better, but Timothy Yost from Bastrop, Texas also knows "there's gold in them thar hills!"
