Mimsy's Craft Barbecue

The barbecue joint you've known for years is becoming something different. Pecan and Sage Supper Club launches early September with a new direction.

Mimsys Craft Barbecue built a serious reputation in Deep East Texas, and now it sounds like they're about to do something nobody saw coming.

As Wade Elkins competes for Favorite Chef, his mouthwatering dishes are drawing in votes and attention alike.

This weekend, we were able to get some pictures at Mimsy's. These pictures should make you excited about this new place.

Crockett is the site of a new craft BBQ place this time. Mimsy's Craft Barbecue, LLC., will be opening soon at the corner of Loop 304 and 5th Street.
