Scammers are targeting more and more people, especially right now.

Nobody is winning a tiny house or an RV from a random Facebook share, so knock it off.

They're squeezing every last dollar out of ALL of us, and here's the newest scam.

Never give out your personal information over the phone.

If you've received text messages, calls, or any other messages similar to these, they are frauds.

Well, it looks like the people responsible are getting sneakier, and the scam has now made its way into our area.

Today, Angelina County Sheriff Greg Sanches took to Facebook to warn about another scam that is taking place.

Now there's a new phone scam in East Texas for you to watch out for.

According to KPRC2 out of Houston, the DMV will be making the switch to new temporary tags that have more security features.

There's a new scam going around that sounds a bit more official, or legitimate.

Heads up renters. Don't be swindled out of your hard-earned money. The scam is not new nationwide, but it might be new to East Texas and it's already hit several people right in the wallet.
