It was a close race between Team Blake and Team Adam's finalists, with only a two percent margin between the winner and runner-up. But in the end, it was Team Adam's Javier Colon who was crowned the winner fo the first season of 'The Voice' over Dia Frampton.

The 34-year-old will join the other top-8 finalists on tour this year, and wins a $100,000 recording contract woth Universal Republic.

Gary Ivins will start broadcasting a sports show weekday mornings from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on Q107 in July- focusing on providing high school football news, coach interviews and play-by-plays.

With a foul ball heading toward him, and his daughter in his arms, a man at a Los Angeles Dodger's game had to make a split-second choice

He decided to drop his daughter and go for the catch. While this may have been a justifiable decision if he had been able to snag the ball, he dropped that, too.

Luckily, the daughter was uninjured, and any abandonment issues can be worked out later in therapy.
