The lawsuit filed by a woman who claimed that Jerry Jones sexually assaulted her in 2009 has been dismissed.

27-year old Jana Weckerly had claimed the Cowboys' owner sexually assaulted her at a Dallas hotel, and sued for more than $1 million, but it doesn't look like she's getting any money from Jerry Jones in the settlement.

The suit was settled through a mediatior, and KHOU in Houston says Weckerly didn't receive any money from Jerry Jones.

Back to football!  The Cowboys are 5-1 and exceeding expectations so far this season. There's a big NFC East division game coming up Sunday in Arlington against the NY Giants.  I'm sure that's the thing that Jerry Jones is focused on.
