When it comes to crime, there is always a dumb criminal award to hand out daily.  Last week's hands down winner is (can I get a drum roll, please)...

50-year-old Marcia Lynne Childs was arrested for allegedly stealing a swimming pool!  How do you attempt to rip off a swimming pool without being noticed.  Furthermore, what was she going to do with it?  Surely, someone would recognize this grandiose object in her backyard.
