Q107 Helps ‘Make A Wish’ With Lug Nutz Bar & Grill

This summer we partnered with Lug Nutz Bar & Grill in Nacogdoches for the Rockin' Country Summer Jam 2011 to help make a wish come true for this young man.

I had a blast getting to meet Brendan and his grandmother (pictured behind) at the presentation ceremony at Lug Nutz.  Brendan's wish was to get to meet Dallas Cowboy Quarterback Tony Romo and to get to watch a game from the 50 yard line, and with the help and support of everyone who attended The Rockin' Country Summer Jam, we made that happen!  I did have to tell Brendan that I was a little jealous since I am a Cowboys fan myself and have been since I started watching games with grandmother when I wasn't much younger the he is.  After talking with him at the ceremony, I could tell that he was really excited and thankful that his wish came true.  Once again, thanks to everyone who helped make this dream a reality!
